Saint Jean d'Arves, part of the Les Sybelles ski area, combines traditional Alpine charm with access to one of the largest ski networks in France. The resort is appreciated for its authentic village feel, stunning scenery, and slopes suitable for all levels. Saint Jean d'Arves is a great destination for those seeking a quaint and relaxed skiing experience with extensive terrain to explore.

Recent Reviews

I visited Domaine les Sybelles, and stayed in Saint Jean d'Arves, one of four main interlinked resorts forming les Sybelles. Saint Jean d'Arves is quaint and quite small but has a well equipped and friendly shop (useful for those in the apartments at the resort), a couple of bars, independent shops, and a cinema. The local tourist office arranged events throughout the season which were often free to attend.
The lift system in the area is well connected, efficient and speedy.
Excellent snow making facilities meant that all resorts were ski to at all times.
Great area, lesser known/frequented by British folk, stunning views, wide variety of runs and terrain, and would be a haven for off-peak if there had been powder except on the last day (those arriving the week after were gonna have a blast!)

Fun range of runs and nice places for a drink or bite to eat on the slopes. Lots of ski schools when we visited!
