A good family resort , nice slopes and un crowded like the near by resorts of Megève and la Clusaz , small village with good pub and restaurants .

La Giettaz is a relatively quiet resort that boasts picturesque views of Mont Blanc! It has plenty of groomed runs for mixed abilities and the snow is generally packed and well-pisted.
The village its self if quiet and secluded, perfect for families or those looking for a ski retreat. There are a number of restaurants in the village and Le Plan for those wanting to eat out. There is a free ski bus connecting La Giettaz village with the slopes at Le Plan, or ample free parking is available.
The slopes can get busier in the holidays but not overwhelming so and there are plenty of restaurants and snack bars, catering to all budgets.
Overall, the resort isnt massive or an après-ski heaven but it has plenty of charm to recommend itself for an easygoing ski holiday with family or friends.
