It wasn’t bad overall. The ski resort had decent slopes and the facilities were okay. It could get a bit crowded at times, and some areas could be better maintained, but overall it was an enjoyable experience.

What a great little resort, 130km of mixed terrain, but mostly long cruisy blues with a couple of challenging runs added to the mix for fun. Most of the resort is tree lined so excellent for whiteout days.
We flew into Nice, stayed overnight and the next morning took the 1hr30min bus early in the morning for first lifts. By 10:30am we had checked into the accommodation, sorted ski hire and loft passes and were on the slopes.
There are some slow lifts in Auron, but you can see signs of upgraded lifts and hopefully more to come.
We didn't stop smiling for the duration of the holiday! Great around skiing and beautiful weather.
Will defo be considering going to Auron again.

Lovely quiet resort just an hours drive up from Nice airport. Very high and snow sure. Really reasonable accommodation. Pretty little resort with ample selection of bars and restaurants. Lifts up to the mountain can get busy on weekends but very quiet in the week. Lots of great, easy accessible off piste options. Perfect for a break away with the family
