Ive grown up going to Türracher Höhe, and its such a lovely resort. There are a couple of ski and boarding schools which are all excellent, and the teachers are all really kind, patient and make the lessons fun. The pistes are all very well groomed and maintained, and theres a lot of tree runs - the only issue is having enough snow coverage to do them, although its relatively high and pretty snow sure in the area. If youre an intermediate/advanced skier then you can easily ski the resort in a day, so can get a bit repetitive towards the end of the week, but if theres good powder then you can also do a some off piste/tree runs. The locals are very friendly and the food is delicious. Theres not a huge apres scene but there are a couple of bars dotted around which play music and have decent-priced beers
