Went to Altenmarkt quite a few years ago but loved the area, the Austrian pistes are always well groomed. Altenmarkt had a fantastic outdoor swimming pool, hopefully its still there.

Nice quiet family resort beautiful piste and views very friendly locals and nice restaurants only downside was the travelling to the piste but buses were frequent and on time
