Gargellen, the highest resort in the Montafon valley, offers a mix of terrain for all abilities, with a special focus on powder skiing and off-piste adventures. The resort is celebrated for its snow reliability and scenic alpine setting. The après-ski options are enjoyable, with a few mountain huts and restaurants providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. Gargellen is perfect for those seeking a ski experience with a blend of excellent snow conditions and beautiful landscapes.

Reviews

Have skied in Gargellen for 15 years. A very small, quaint resort in the Montafon region. Village is at 1400m, and the piste skiing goes up to 2300m - as a result of its altitude it is very snowsure. The resort is a hidden gem in the Alps - with fantastic off-piste powder runs. There are also opportunities to ski-tour over the mountains and into Switzerland to the resorts around Klosters. Fantastic resort.
