Unlock Challenging Slopes in Hakkoda
Level up your ski technique, master more of the mountain and have more fun on the snow with Carv! Carv 2 clips to your boot, helping you to improve on every terrain type. Get real-time audio coaching as you ski, as boot sensors detect your movement.
Hakkoda is best known for its natural terrain and deep snowfall rather than groomed pistes. The area attracts experienced skiers and snowboarders who enjoy off-piste routes accessed via the ropeway. Marked runs are limited, and weather conditions can be challenging, making it less suitable for beginners. Après-ski is minimal, with a focus on simple dining and nearby hot springs. Hakkoda suits confident skiers looking for a more adventurous and nature-focused experience.

I had,an amazing time in Japan, snow was mind blowing, I stayed in a hostel which was cheap But very clean and super comfortable, food was great, food on the mountain was miles cheaper and miles better than any resort in France.Over all a brilliant trip
