Best Ski Resort for Groomed Runs in West Virginia: Snowshoe Mountain - Groomed Runs Rating 4.50/5
Snowshoe Mountain's groomed runs receive high marks from the Snomad community. One advanced skier was impressed with the "great early December conditions," while an intermediate rider highlighted how "very well maintained" the slopes are for novices and intermediates alike. The resort offers plenty of different skill levels across the mountain, with a unique layout where accommodations sit at the top rather than the bottom. As one snowboarder points out, this means "starting your morning by walking right out of your condo, popping your board on and ripping off down a run." When conditions are right, users report excellent skiing despite the resort's location.
