Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter Information

The promoter of this competition is Snomad Ski Ltd (“Snomad”), registered in England and Wales with company number 15276260 and registered office at 12 Erncroft Way, Twickenham, TW1 1DA. The top prize is provided in collaboration with Bergbahnen Sölden GmbH (“Sölden”), and the runner-up prizes are provided by Motion Metrics Ltd (Carv).

2. Competition Period

The competition opens on December 16, 2024 and closes at 11:59 PM (GMT) on March 31, 2025 (the “Competition Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

3.1 This competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

3.2 Employees of Snomad, Sölden, Carv, and their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.

3.3 The competition is void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

Entrants may participate in the competition by: a) Completing the competition entry form on the Snomad website and agreeing to subscribe to the Snomad, Sölden, and Carv newsletters, or

b) Submitting a review on the Snomad website and agreeing to subscribe to the Snomad, Sölden, and Carvnewsletters. Bonus Entries: Entrants that leave a second resort review during the Competition Period will receive an additional 4 prize draw entries. By entering, participants confirm they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

5. Prizes

5.1 Top Prize (provided by Sölden): 2 x Return flights to Innsbruck, Austria. 3 nights’ luxury accommodation (4-star) for 2 people in Sölden, including half-board. 2 x 2-day ski passes for Sölden ski resort. Private ski guide for 1 day for 2 people. 2 x Tickets to the James Bond "007 ELEMENTS" experience in Sölden. The top prize is redeemable towards the end of the 2024/25 ski season or throughout the 2025/26 ski season, subject to availability. Best efforts will be made to match suitable dates for the winner. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. 5.2 Runner-Up Prizes (provided by Carv): 5 winners will each receive a Carv 2 Ski Coach unit, including a 12-month season pass. 5.3 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternatives.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1 Winners (1 top prize winner and 5 runners-up) will be selected at random by Snomad from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period. 6.2 The draw will take place within 14 days of the competition closing date. 6.3 Winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Snomad reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Data Protection

7.1 By entering, participants agree to the collection and processing of their personal data by Snomad, Sölden, and Motion Metrics Ltd (Carv) for the purposes of: Administering the competition. Adding participants to the Snomad, Sölden, and Carv newsletters. 7.2 Data will be processed in accordance with Snomad’s, Sölden’s, and Carv’s respective privacy policies.

8. Liability

8.1 Snomad, Sölden, and Carv accept no responsibility for: Entries lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical or other reasons beyond their control. Any costs or expenses associated with the use of the prize, including travel to/from Sölden (for the top prize) aside from the included return flights to Innsbruck, are the sole responsibility of the winner. 8.2 Snomad, Sölden, and Carv will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or use of the prizes, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Publicity

By entering the competition, participants agree that Snomad, Sölden, and Carv may use their name, general location (e.g., town/city), and photos or content from the trip for promotional purposes related to the competition, including: Social media posts. Websites and newsletters. Any other promotional activity related to the competition. Winners agree to participate in photos and provide content during the trip, which may be used for promotional purposes.

10. General

10.1 Snomad reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if it cannot be conducted as planned due to technical or other reasons beyond its control. 10.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
