Smugglers Notch is the best family resort around. It hones the classic image of skiing and is centered around a quiet mountain rather than a massive tourist spot. I learned to ski there as a young child and continue to go every year. It never disappoints!

I've been going here for over 20 years. By far the best family resort there is. From trails for every skill level to lodging for every budget. Amazing ski school too!

Friendly, safe and very reasonable economically. Ski/ride school is top notch! Parking lot is always clear; no getting stuck. People are more considerate of others, than at other surrounding resorts; less likely to encounter those that do not care about mountain etiquette. This is my home away from home. I wanted to write a bad review because I dont want to many people to discover this gem and overrun it, but I love this mountain and their staff too much to do so.

Great place to learn to ski and become a better skier. Terrain for everyone who skis nice greens and nice expert terrain.

Smuggs is a classic family hit for Vermont skiing. With some of the best views from the mountain and some of the best trees to ski in the state its clear to see why. Whether youre a beginner level skier starting at Morse mountain or youre shredding trees off Madonna, smuggs has the terrain for you.

Great Mommy and Daddy ski program for beginner skiers or snowboarders. Ski with the same kids and families all season. Four hour lessons. Same instructor all season. Instructor teaches. Parents ski behind the group. Best money Ive ever spent. Kids listen to instructors. No headaches and heartbreak between parents and child. Kids made great progress, gained skills and were skiing blues towards the end of lessons. Well done program.

Great family friendly resort. This resort is the choice of the locals. That should tell you something. Don't sleep on Smuggs

Tried out Smugglers for the first time last year and was absolutely blown away. Truly incredible terrain and the staff are extremely friendly. The only thing slightly lacking was aprés and on property dining options. On the whole, absolutely nothing like Smugglers Notch, truly one of a kind!
