1. Promoter The promoter is Snomad Ski Ltd (“Snomad”), registered in England and Wales, company number 15276260, registered office: 12 Erncroft Way, Twickenham, TW1 1DA.

2. Competition Period The competition opens on 21 November 2025 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 6 February 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility 3.1 The competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over. 3.2 Employees, contractors and agents of Snomad, Ski Elements Ltd t/a Ski Weekends (“Ski Weekends”), Motion Metrics Ltd t/a Carv (“Carv”), and their immediate families/households are not eligible. 3.3 The competition is void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter
4.1 Entry routes: a) Complete the competition entry form on the Snomad website and agree to subscribe to the email newsletters of Snomad and Ski Weekends; and/or b) Submit a resort review on the Snomad website and agree to subscribe to the email newsletters of Snomad and Ski Weekends. 4.2 By entering, participants agree to receive email communications from Snomad and Ski Weekends. Subscription enables administration of the competition and delivery of relevant ski content. You may unsubscribe at any time. 4.3 One entry per person/email address. Snomad may, at its discretion, offer bonus entries for completing specific actions such as leaving a resort review during the competition period. 4.4 Automated, bulk or third-party entries (including entries made via scripts, macros, bots or similar) are prohibited and may be disqualified.

5. Prizes 5.1 Main prize (fulfilled by Ski Weekends): a VIP catered chalet stay in Val d’Isère for two adults, for either 4 or 5 nights (winner’s choice), including: • Access to chalet facilities (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, oil room) • 4-course evening meal with wine on each night stayed • Return airport transfers from local international airports (flights excluded) • Ski hire and lift passes for both guests for each full day of the trip (3 full days for a 4-night stay; 4 full days for a 5-night stay) The prize is subject to availability and must be taken during an open ski season. If the winner’s preferred dates are unavailable, Ski Weekends will work with the winner to agree suitable alternative dates within the season. 5.2 Runner-up prizes (fulfilled by Carv): 5 winners will each receive a Carv 2 Ski Coach unit with a 12-month season pass. Carv will ship prizes directly to winners. 5.3 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and carry no cash alternative. 5.4 Insurance, travel other than the stated airport transfers, meals and expenses beyond those specified, local taxes/fees and any other incidental costs are the responsibility of the winner and companion. 5.5 Snomad will provide the winner’s details to Ski Weekends for the sole purpose of prize fulfilment. Runner-up details will be shared with Carv for prize fulfilment where the entrant has opted in to Carv.

6. Winner Selection and Notification 6.1 One main prize winner and five runners-up will be selected at random by Snomad from all eligible entries received during the competition period. 6.2 The draw will take place within 10 days of the competition closing date. 6.3 Winners will be notified by email using the address provided on entry. If a winner does not respond within 10 days of notification, Snomad reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Data Protection 7.1 By entering, participants consent to Snomad collecting and processing their personal data for the purposes of administering the competition and sending email communications from Snomad and Ski Weekends. 7.2 Entrant data will be shared with Ski Weekends for email marketing and prize fulfilment. A separate, optional opt-in will be provided for Carv. 7.3 Personal data will be processed in accordance with the privacy policies of Snomad and Ski Weekends (available on their respective websites). Participants may unsubscribe at any time via the links in emails. 7.4 The legal basis for processing is consent under Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR.

8. Liability 8.1 Snomad is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. 8.2 Snomad, Ski Weekends and Carv accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from entry into the competition or from acceptance or use of any prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Publicity By entering, participants agree that Snomad, Ski Weekends and Carv may use the winner’s first name, initial of surname and general location (town/region) for announcing results and reasonable publicity. Winners may be asked to provide photos and content from their trip for promotional purposes.

10. General 10.1 Snomad may amend, suspend or cancel the competition where it becomes necessary to do so for reasons beyond its reasonable control. 10.2 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
