Avoriaz Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter The promoter is Snomad Ski Ltd (“Snomad”), registered in England and Wales, company number 15276260, registered office: 12 Erncroft Way, Twickenham, TW1 1DA.

2. Competition Period The competition opens on 1 March 2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 1 May 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility 3.1 The winner and their guest must be aged 18 or over and are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports and meet any entry requirements at the time of travel. 3.2 Employees, contractors and agents of Snomad, Ski Zoom Ltd t/a Heidi (“Heidi”), Motion Metrics Ltd t/a Carv (“Carv”), and their immediate families/households are not eligible. 3.3 The competition is void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter
4.1 Entry routes: a) Complete the competition entry form on the Snomad website and agree to subscribe to the email newsletters of Snomad and Heidi; and/or b) Submit a resort review on the Snomad website and agree to subscribe to the email newsletters of Snomad and Heidi. 4.2 By entering, participants agree to receive email communications from Snomad and Heidi. Subscription enables administration of the competition and delivery of relevant ski content. You may unsubscribe at any time. 4.3 One entry per person/email address. Snomad may, at its discretion, offer bonus entries for completing specific actions such as leaving a resort review during the competition period. 4.4 Automated, bulk or third-party entries (including entries made via scripts, macros, bots or similar) are prohibited and may be disqualified.

5. Prizes 5.1 Main prize (fulfilled by Heidi): a VIP catered chalet stay in Val d’Isère for two adults, for either 4 or 5 nights (winner’s choice), including:

• 7 nights in an apartment in Avoriaz
• Return flights included
• Return airport transfers
• 6-day lift pass each

5.2 Runner-up prizes (fulfilled by Carv): 5 winners will each receive a Carv 2 Ski Coach unit with a 12-month season pass. Carv will ship prizes directly to winners. 5.3 The winner will also be responsible for arranging their own travel insurance. The prize includes flights, transfers, accommodation and lift passes as specified, and does not include equipment hire, ski lessons, meals (unless stated), spending money or any other personal ex penses. Travel is subject to availability and may exclude peak periods such as Christmas and New Year. All bookings are subject to the relevant supplier terms and conditions. In the event of resort closure or circumstances outside of Heidi’s control, reasonable alternative dates or arrangements will be offered. The prize must be taken during the 2026/27 ski season and cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for cash.

6. Winner Selection and Notification 6.1 One main prize winner and five runners-up will be selected at random by Snomad from all eligible entries received during the competition period. 6.2 The draw will take place within 10 days of the competition closing date. 6.3 Winners will be notified by email using the address provided on entry. If a winner does not respond within 10 days of notification, Snomad reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Data Protection 7.1 By entering, participants consent to Snomad collecting and processing their personal data for the purposes of administering the competition and sending email communications from Snomad and Heidi. 7.2 Entrant data will be shared with Heidi for email marketing and prize fulfilment. A separate, optional opt-in will be provided for Carv. 7.3 Personal data will be processed in accordance with the privacy policies of Snomad and Heidi (available on their respective websites). Participants may unsubscribe at any time via the links in emails. 7.4 The legal basis for processing is consent under Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR.

8. Liability 8.1 Snomad is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. 8.2 Snomad, Heidi and Carv accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from entry into the competition or from acceptance or use of any prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Publicity By entering, participants agree that Snomad, Heidi and Carv may use the winner’s first name, initial of surname and general location (town/region) for announcing results and reasonable publicity. Winners may be asked to provide photos and content from their trip for promotional purposes.

10. General 10.1 Snomad may amend, suspend or cancel the competition where it becomes necessary to do so for reasons beyond its reasonable control. 10.2 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
