Labrador is very beginner friendly. Ive been with my friends and its always a blast! It is a relatively small mountain with a smaller hill selection but there is still always something for everyone. The ski lift is always quick and efficient without a huge line which is definitely a draw.

I grew up racing at Labrador and have skied there hundreds of times. It is a wonderful small hill that has a friendly feel, yet still is able to challenge advanced skiers and riders. Classic older chairlifts that get the job done, however dont expect a quick ride. Far skiers right can offer some fun and somewhat challenging tree skiing after a nice storm. The terrain parks have not seen much love in the last 10 years however there is seeming to be a recent push to improve them. Good areas for first timers and beginners to get their feet under them. Kinda in the middle of nowhere, dont expect any sort of apres scene. Overall, if youre in the Syracuse area it is worth checking out, but I wouldnt recommend going too far out of your way for it.
