Engelberg is a lovely, sleepy little Swiss monastery village at the end of the railway line. Its a beautiful village to walk around surrounded by impressive peaks. The skiing is a free ride heaven. Loads of epic off piste itineraries that anre easily accessed from the lifts. Itll have your things burning. Luckily there are plenty of places to stop and take refreshment on the way home and in the village.
