Well thought out friendly reasonably priced. The locals make it and are very friendly and proud of their home. Virtually snow guaranteed. The range of runs suits all levels and families. World class lift system possibly the best. Non skiers can take advantage of the tourist office arranged activities and easily use the transport system to get to other villages or even Bolzano. The villages are always very clean and retain character. There are also a lot of winter walks cafes and resort shops. Apart from the villages in Val Gardena there is easy access to the vast array of runs in the Sella Ronda and now Cortina. Now attracting ski snobs who are finding other resorts expensive. Once you know the area though you can have great ski days and avoid the crowds. Rarely has lift queues. New investment each year has helped with that. Best resort hands down and all Ski Dolomiti resorts are invested in each year.
