Last time in Cervinia there was no fresh snow so off piste no go. Best thing for me is the high altitude and usually stays cold so pistes stay in great shape. Lift system not on par with Austria but pretty good. Some great long runs like Plateau Rosa to Val toulouche at about 15 K, and of course full area pass take you to Zermatt,
