Only visited for a few days for a change of scenery from the Zillertal valley. The wide open, gentle and uncrowded slopes would be perfectly suited to beginners and intermediates who need their confidence levels increased. The panoramic views in and around Achensee are fabulous, winter and summer. Plenty of walks and other activities if not skiing/boarding and good fireworks display at New year The lift system is efficient for the area it serves and the hospitality in the numerous bars/ restaurants is really good, with plenty of smiley faces - great for young and old alike
