There's a lot in the name - the views and scenery are great. Generally quiet and well maintained. Off-piste - specifically Taynton Bowl requires a fair old hike unless you want to catch and pay for the Cat, but its worth the effort. Hot tubs by the edge of the piste are a bonus. The resort is self-contained and convenient but if you want to get into the local town you'll need to catch the resort shuttle which can be packed out with resort staff (who are not supposed to use it unless there are empty spaces). Would happily go back again - having already visited twice, but don't expect regular fresh snow - like all resorts mountain weather IS unpredictable, and while the snow might be chucking down at a neighbouring resort, you might be left watching and waiting - yes - even in the Rockies!
