I mean its Arizona so keep your expectations in line. This place really does the trick for those that live in Phoenix because youre only about 2-3 hours from the valley. This place also has great spring season skiing where you can just wear a t shirt in May, if they still have snow. Tips: - if you plan on returning to the valley on a Sunday, be prepared for heavy traffic. It can take up to 6 hours to make it back - grab a mango margarita from the mid-mountain bar! They are super tasty - grab your tickets early to avoid VERY expensive tickets
