Lovely traditional resort. This resort comes into its own when the off piste conditions are good . Unfortunately when I visited the snow was limited with very hard packed conditions. Gressoney lacks stores and options for après ski are limited with only one or two wine bars and a couple of bars. Accommodation is also restricted to a handful of mainly 3star hotels. I found the staff to be very friendly and eager to please. The lift system is good but very much limited if its very windy with links to neighbouring resorts often closed.
