Ischgl is a skiers paradise, lots of different terrain, pistes are well laid out and well maintained. It is busy though especially getting up the mountain in the mornings and around the Idalp area but it doesnt take long to find the pistes less used by ski schools and avoid the bottlenecks that there are on the easier blue runs. Lifts are modern, high capacity and the heated seats are a real luxury! Apres ski options in Ischgl are rightly famed, noisy and boisterous, great for the younger crowd and older party animals.
