What Skiers Say About Bromont, montagne d’expériences

Bromont attracts skiers and snowboarders of all levels, from beginners to experts, with a particularly strong family presence. Reviewers consistently highlight the well-maintained terrain parks, frequent grooming throughout the day, and extensive night skiing options as standout features. The resort is valued for its proximity to Montreal and efficient lift operations, though several users note that conditions can become icy, especially later in the day or during warmer weather. Crowds are generally manageable on weekdays, but peak times and fresh snow days bring longer lift queues and heavily tracked runs. Overall, users appreciate the variety of terrain and good value, though off-piste options are limited.

Bromont is a good overall ski hill for all levels.

I prefer Brome as a beginner. Helps build stamina and confidence.

A lot of trails to choose from and don't feel like you spend most of your day on the chairlift.

Parking can be tricky at peak times. Also waiting times to get on the chairlift can be long on peak days.

"Soleil" pass is good to practice and not that expensive.

My family and I have enjoyed Bromont for years. My children ski & snowboard
We have stayed mountainside in a ski in/ out Airbnb very convenient.
Local shops near by to get groceries, alcohol if needed. The village is quaint.
The hills are fantastic
A variety of different degrees for every level of rider.
The lifts are fast, efficient
The restaurant is lovely facing the main chairlift. There is a cafeteria as well to buy hot food, tea coffee , beer wine & treats.
A great ski/ board shop if you need to purchase something.
Overall one of my favourites in Quebecs Eastern township

Bromont offers a wide variety of pleasurable trails for a mountain just an hour away from Montreal. The lifts are modernized and fast, and the runs are consistently groomed. It does however get quite crowded, but it makes sense given the value proposition.

In feb 2024 mine and another family visited Bromont and found it is a hidden gem with over 148 runs that is tailored for every skill level. Both families had beginner to advanced sk8 and snowboarders from 9 to 44 yrs old. We stayed in a ski in and out chalet for under $300 a night wich allowed us to fully enjoy the hill, and bought passes on cyber monday to help keep cost down. Staff was always trying to help and was very pleasant to deal with. The slopes where constantly being groomed and maintained to allow for a great experience. They have a park with jumps, a rail and some high walled turns like a half pipe. In the evening they had some entertainment on one of the nights, but only have the 2/3 restaurants/chalets for breaks on the hill. Def not like other hills that have a small town at the bottom with multiple restaurants. I would highly recommend for anyone to go to Bromont, its like eating lays chips you just can't go once. This year we are bringing 5-6 families with us of all experience levels because of how much fun we had last year.
I give it a 4 - 5 star total and recommend for people to check it out. You may even see me on the slopes.

Great family resort with a decent variety of terrain and short but fun slopes. Went a few times with the family and kids from the hickey team and really enjoyed it. Quieter and cheaper than Tremblant so a good value for the family if not expert level skiers.

Conditions were bad when I went but that is not on the resort. They did a good job to ensure riders had enough trails to have a fun day.
What I run down wasn't very difficult and didn't challenge me too much. With more snow some of the more challenging runs would be open. Great hill for beginners or people coming in groups.

Last winter me and my family took a week long ski trip up to Quebec. We stayed in a lovely air BnB super close to the three hills our passes allowed us to ski(which is a bonus itself) we ski on other mountain ones but did not like it like we like bromont. The mountains is great, lots of runs, lots of space, great runs for beginners and advanced skiers and snowboarders, and on top of that it had some amazing scenery. All and all it was a fantastic trip with great food and a great hill, I would definitely recommend that everyone visits it.

Great first time skiing in Canda. Super family friendly . Amazing time! Great food and beverages options for myself and my children. Walking to the ticket area from the parking lot was a short walk especially for a 4 and a 6 year old. Great terrain for the kids. They had a bilingual instructor who spoke French and English. They learned some French ski terms. The ski instructor was wonderful.

Amazing parks!
Season was tough with little snow and therefore unable to ski the few short glades, but snowmaking and grooming saved the season. Day tickets are a bit pricey and the season pass keeps going up, but the groomers do a heck of a job to make the skiing experience enjoyable. Only a few days were extremely busy this season (the few days with a few inches of fresh snow)
